digits of your card.
Step 5: Select
the ATM Card number to block and submit it to verify and confirm.
Step 6: Now,
you need to select the mode of authentication by SMS OTP or you can use profile
password if you remember.
Step 7: After
submitting OTP or profile password Click on “Confirm”.
Step 8:
Thereafter a success message will show with Ticket No. for future reference.

app. select ‘Service’ option.

Step 1: Firstly you have to install the YONO app through
Play store for Android phone and Apple store for iphone.

address or phone number. A main screen will be displayed.

link’, find and select ‘Service request’.
Step 4: Then on next screen select ‘ATM/Debit Card’.
