SBI gives facility to its customers to activate / deactivate auto debit transactions on their credit card.

But there is no online facility for activating / deactivating auto debit on SBI credit card.

So, you need to fill the form “SBI card auto debit form” and send a request to SBI for activation / deactivation of auto debit facility.

    To activation of SBI credit card auto debit facility, firstly you need to download the activation form from this link: Download Activation Form and fill complete details in the form as:

    • Name, Address
    • Email ID, Phone Number
    • Credit Card number
    • SBI Bank account number
    • SBI Bank branch address with bank code
    • Select options for payment:
      • Minimum amount due (MAD)
      • Total amount due (MAD)


    After filling the details above you have to get attested from your SBI Bank branch and send it on the address of SBI Credit Card given below.

    Before sending form, you have to keep a photocopy of the filled form for your record.
